MLOps Engineer/Team Lead (IT Team Lead)
Work format: remote possible
☑️ Responsibilities
- manage a team consisting of DS, DE, MLOps
- comply with the bank's production process requirements and standards
- interact with project managers and internal customers
- participate in architectural decisions regarding the implementation of models and data for modeling
- estimate effort and deadlines, perform task decomposition for the team
- control the quality and deadlines of task execution
- perform Code Review, participate in acceptance testing
☑️ Our candidate requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an MLOps Engineer with a desire to grow into a leadership position, or 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead/IT Team Lead and 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role
- experience in Python development
- knowledge in the field of Big Data (Hadoop, Spark)
- experience with databases, solid SQL knowledge
- understanding of Agile development methodologies
- understanding of CI/CD principles, Gitflow, release management
☑️ Will be a plus:
- knowledge of process schedulers (AirFlow)
- knowledge of containerization technologies (Kubernetes)
- experience in developing and/or implementing ML models into business processes
- understanding of IT system integration methods
