SAP Ariba Consultant
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting upstream and downstream procurement solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in strategic sourcing, commerce automation, and supplier management, with the ability to lead business workshops and deliver seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Ariba modules, including Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Commerce Automation, and Ariba Buying.
- Design and configure approval rules, workflows, templates, and dashboards to meet complex business requirements.
- Manage Ariba data migration and mass loads (supplier profiles, users, groups, etc.) using standard data load files.
- Develop and modify upstream and downstream reports to support procurement analytics and decision-making.
- Oversee integration between Ariba and SAP S/4HANA / ECC via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), ensuring seamless data flow for purchase orders, invoices, and catalogs.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Support deployment of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions, ensuring alignment with procurement and supply chain strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Ariba application functionality and integration with SAP ERP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SRM, Finance) and manage client-facing discussions during workshops and UAT.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Participate in system upgrades, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of SAP Ariba implementation and support experience.
- Strong hands-on configuration and customization expertise in Ariba upstream and/or downstream modules.
