We are 12 Astronauts, looking for a communication designer for the children's projects team [Dodo Academy], who will create micro-identities, promos, and communication design for quick launches and constant idea testing.
12 Astronauts is a design support service. Our clients are leaders in their industries: SberMobile, X5, Kaspersky, DODO Brands, Fix Price, and many others.

Senior communication designer with 4–6 years of experience
Independent, fast, with a strong level of development in communication design
Able to work in a mode of frequent launches and rapidly changing tasks
Experience with large brands, FMCG, edutainment, or children's projects will be a plus
Layouts
This is what we will be doing ;—)
Coming up with and creating micro-identities for infographics: Halloween, February 14, workshops, and other events
Creating communication design for children's projects: merchandise, packaging
Working with AI generation: all photos in projects are created using neural networks
Quickly developing several concepts and visual directions
Working within the existing children's identity, bringing fresh ideas
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Photoshop
Creating key visuals and communication layouts
Understanding composition, typography, and visual systems
Working with AI tools for image generation
Quickly assembling and refining concepts for a task
Your speed matches the speed of Dodo Academy's special project launches.
You are autonomous: you come up with ideas yourself, generate them in AI yourself, and don't wait for art.
Full-time in the design team of Dodo Academy's children's projects
Daily interaction with the Art Director
Conditions and salary level are discussed individually
We will give preference to a candidate from Moscow or one who is ready for business trips
We will review CV and portfolio
We will hold online meetings
We will ask you to complete a test task. If you decline, we will provide detailed feedback on the test task result.
Based on the test task results, we will organize an interview with the Dodo Academy design team. After that, we make a decision. We will agree on terms and start.
