💼 Task: Develop a native Windows plugin for Flutter: → system calls, management of OS windows/applications/settings → Dart API (asynchronous, isolates)

🛠 Requirements: ⚙️ C++ (17/20) + Win32 API ⚙️ API hooking, DLL injection, processes/threads/windows ⚙️ System privileges (SeDebugPrivilege, etc.) ⚙️ Registry, Power Management, IP Helper, group policies

📱 Flutter Integration: → Platform Channel (Method/EventChannel) → flutter::Plugin / MethodChannel API → FFI (Dart ↔️ C): wrappers, memory, structures → Plugin lifecycle in Flutter Engine → CMake + flutter build windows (developer is not required to be proficient in Flutter, but should be able to understand how a Flutter application works)

🧰 Stack: Visual Studio / CMake + MSVC Dual debugging (C++ + Dart) ❌ No .NET — only native code + Flutter
