Position: Engineering Manager
Compensation: 💰 based on review results Product: internal product for launching marketing campaigns in one of the top-10 iGaming companies.

🔻 You: — Experience managing several development teams through team leads from 2-3** years — Backend development experience of 5+ years (preferably .NET)
— Knowledge and experience in applying agile development methodologies — Understanding of CI/CD concepts and practices — Experience with multi-service architecture — Knowledge of team motivation and development principles — Will be a plus: experience in betting and marketing domains (campaigns, loyalty programs)

🔻 What you will do: — Manage 3–5 development teams through team leads — Ensure predictability and transparency of development processes — Hire, motivate, and develop employees — Own the team's technical backlog — Quarterly planning, OKR setting, leading key projects — Achieve departmental product and technological goals — Interact with adjacent teams and lead cross-team projects — Manage incident and problem management processes — Review and participate in developing architectural solutions
