What you will be doing:
- Participation in sprint and release planning, release management;
- Manual testing of the mobile product, working with tools;
- Writing and reviewing test cases, checklists, test documentation;
- Improving QA processes, tools, and pipelines;
- Managing the QA team, working with personnel;
- Participating in conducting technical interviews, in hiring, onboarding, and developing new specialists.
What is important to us:
- Experience in manual testing for 3+ years, including 1+ year in a lead role;
- Experience managing a team of 3–5 people;
- Confident knowledge of development and testing pipeline;
- Experience in mobile testing on various devices;
- Experience working with Git, Unity;
- Skills in writing test cases, checklists, test strategies;
- Independence, initiative, strong communication skills.
