Head of PSP

iGaming | Limassol, Cyprus**

An international product IT company developing high-load products in the iGaming sphere is looking for a Head of PSP to manage and scale the payment department.

Responsibilities: — Operational management of the PSP department and responsibility for results — Audit and optimization of current payment and operational processes — Building a unified operational model and areas of responsibility between teams — Identifying problems in processing and launching changes together with Product, Tech, and Analytics — Coordination of payment, operational, and technical teams — Preparing infrastructure for increased volumes, connecting new partners, and entering new markets, including LATAM — Forming and developing the operational team

We are looking for a candidate with: — Experience in managing an operational department in PSP, fintech, P2P payments, or related payment infrastructure — Deep understanding of payment processing — Experience in building and scaling operational processes — Strong ownership and hands-on approach: it is important not only to propose changes but also to bring them to fruition independently — Strong managerial and communication skills — Experience with international markets will be a plus
