About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the Node team. Our main goal is to build a fully functional service product that ensures the smooth operation of the service for all internal clients and improves our validator and staker service. This is a strategic role with full product ownership: you’ll define the vision, craft the roadmap, and drive execution from idea to launch and beyond.

You will report to the CPO and lead the cross-functional team — including engineering, design, legal, and go-to-market — to deliver a secure, user-friendly, and scalable product that aligns with our business goals and exceeds user expectations.

Job description

• Lead the development and maintenance of RPC nodes for internal clients
• Coordinate the development of the validator service for clients and independently solve problems related to the launch and management of Super Validator Canton
• Interact with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of services
• Analyze internal customer requirements, collect feedback, and formulate product solutions to improve the efficiency of infrastructure services
• Monitor performance metrics, stability, and security of services and initiate data-driven improvements
• Maintain documentation, plan releases, and ensure timely implementation of tasks

Qualifications

You have:

• Experience in managing products or projects in the field of blockchain technologies, infrastructure services, or fintech
• Knowledge of the principles of RPC nodes, blockchain network validators, and staking
• Skills in coordinating cross-functional teams (development, security, infrastructure)
• Higher technical education
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into understandable product solutions
• Ability to work with performance metrics and ensure service stability
• Ability to present and launch technology as a service product
• Excellent communication skills and focus on results

Will be a plus:

• Strong technical background and experience as a developer
• Experience in the blockchain industry
