System Analyst middle/senior

Due to team expansion for project-based employment, we are looking for middle, middle+, and senior level system analysts.

Priority is given to specialists with experience in the following business domains: IT (products and solutions from IT companies), banking and finance, insurance, trade, telecommunications, industry, and manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities

Each project is unique, as are the requirements for the specialist's qualification level. The analyst's tasks, the established development process, the applied set of tools and methodologies can vary significantly, but the general list is quite universal:

• Identification, analysis, and documentation of requirements for information systems.
• Design and description of data models, integrations, and information system architecture in collaboration with architects or independently.
• Assigning tasks to developers for the development and modification of information system functionality using JIRA and other systems.
• Development of technical specifications, functional specifications, and other project documentation.
• Verification of implemented functionality for compliance with requirements.

Our Expectations

• Experience working on web projects in a development team (we consider any experience, not just from IT companies).
• Ability to design data models and describe them in ERD or Class Diagram format.
• Skills in developing SQL queries.
• Experience in developing UML diagrams.
• Ability to design and describe integrations between information systems using REST API.
• Ability to assign tasks to developers with high detail.
• Knowledge of methodologies and main stages of software development.

Additional Skills That Will Be a Plus

• Experience with cloud and microservice architecture.
• Knowledge of message brokers and integration buses.
• Skills in testing integrations using Postman and other tools.
• Ability to describe systems using User Stories and Use Cases.
• Experience in writing documentation in accordance with GOST 34 requirements.
• Knowledge of BPMN, ArchiMate, C4.
