Job Description

AdQuantum is a team of professionals with over 10 years of experience in the gaming industry and one of the fastest-growing performance marketing agencies. Every day, we create engaging projects and are looking for passionate specialists ready to grow together with us!

We are currently seeking a 3D Motion Designer to join our company’s internal freelance platform.

What You Will Do

• Create engaging mobile game advertising creatives based on ready-made assets (most of the materials will be provided);
• Select and refine assets when needed (e.g. searching for animations on Mixamo, working with 3D models);
• Animate 3D objects and characters (at least using Mixamo);
• Set up scenes, work with cameras and lighting in Unreal Engine 5;
• Work with materials: apply textures, adjust basic shaders, modify colors and material properties;
• Perform post-production in Adobe After Effects: color correction, editing and sound/music integration, 2D animation of UI elements, compositing.

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for a 3D Motion Designer with the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience creating mobile game advertising creatives;
• Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 for producing advertising videos (portfolio must showcase relevant completed projects);
• Experience with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) for integration with Unreal Engine 5;
• Solid skills in Adobe After Effects for post-production, including color correction, sound/music editing, 2D UI animation, and compositing;
• Understanding of animation principles, rigging, color correction, lighting, and composition (including knowledge of UI grids);
• Experience working with camera and lighting setups in 3D scenes;
• Experience with materials: applying textures, setting up basic shaders, adjusting colors and material properties in Unreal Engine 5.

Bonus

• Experience with Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or other graphic/compositing tools.
