Senior Machine Learning Research Scientist (m/f/d) - Generative AI for Drug Design

we’re the team behind PILOT and FLOWR. now hiring a Senior ML Research Scientist to join us in Berlin and push generative models further into structure- and ligand-based drug design.

what you’d be doing:

• building diffusion / flow-matching models for molecular design / reinforcement learning / JEPA
• working with real proprietary + large-scale external data, not toy benchmarks
• GPUs as you need them: GCP/AWS
• seeing how de novo designs materialize and supporting real projects
• cherry on the cake: publishing - we’re active in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/Nature Com.
