THE ROLE 岗位职责:

WorldQuant is seeking exceptional individuals to join the firm as a Data Scientist. While prior finance experience is not required, a successful candidate must possess a strong interest in learning about finance and global markets.

• Perform analysis and generate models of financial datasets using machine learning techniques 运用机器学习的方法分析并构建金融数据模型
• Verify the integrity of unstructured data and turn data into potentially valuable insights 验证非结构化数据的价值并将数据转化成潜在的高质量的市场洞见
• Develop and create data that seek to predict the movement of financial market by applying variety of algorithmic techniques 应用各种算法技术开发并构建可尝试预测金融市场波动的数据

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 你需要具备:

• Pursuing a B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. degree from a leading university in related fields (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Big Data) 正在攻读相关领域的本科、硕士或博士学位（例如电子工程，物理，计算机科学，数学，金融工程, 大数据等）
• Candidates should be graduating in 2026 or 2027 候选人需于2026年或2027年毕业
• Demonstrated ability of at least one programming language, e.g. C++, python, etc.; familiar with systems like Linux/Unix 熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如C++、python等； 熟悉Linux/Unix等操作系统
• Research experience in NLP, Deep Learning is a plus 有自然语言处理、深度学习、人工智能等研究经验者优先
• Good English reading and writing skills 良好的英语读写能力
