DevOps Linux / Kubernetes Engineer

We are looking for a good person – and at the same time a DevOps engineer :) Our focus is in-house development of mass online services and software, as well as tools for affiliate marketing. We hold leading positions in the software distribution market in the CIS countries.

This vacancy is for someone with experience – a Linux system administrator who is interested in developing towards DevOps. Or for a specialist who already positions themselves as a DevOps engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Administration and support of the company's infrastructure: Kubernetes cluster and several dedicated servers (legacy).

• Interaction with developers to resolve incidents and current tasks.

• Migrating applications from legacy infrastructure to Kubernetes;

• Writing documentation:

  • Local development and deployment of applications;
  • Setting up infrastructure from scratch;
  • Incident analysis.

• Initiative in further development and automation of infrastructure.

Technologies Used:

• Cloud providers: Kubernetes in Google Cloud, dedicated servers in OVH (legacy), Droplets and Spaces in DigitalOcean.
• Configuration management: Helm, Ansible (legacy).
• Application isolation: Docker containers, some LXC (legacy).
• Logs and monitoring: Prometheus, Loki.
• Visualization: Grafana.
• CI/CD: Jenkins.
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Web application development: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Next.js.
• Kubernetes Ingress: Nginx.

Conditions:

• Salary 200,000 - 250,000 RUB for full-time. Determined by your initial skills.
