We are looking for an independent and creative SMM Manager who knows how to turn ideas and trends into strong content, develop social networks, and analyze results.

📌 What you will do:

• manage Telegram, Instagram, and other platforms;
• develop product content and HR brand;
• create content plans, series, and situational content;
• write and adapt texts for different audiences and GEOs;
• assign tasks to design and motion teams;
• analyze ER, CTR, audience growth, and other metrics;
• work with AI tools and test new formats;
• follow trends and suggest fresh ideas.

🔎 We are looking for a specialist who has:

• commercial experience in SMM;
• good visual awareness and sense of visual style;
• a portfolio with real projects and results;
• an understanding of analytics and key SMM metrics;
• independence, responsibility, and the ability to build processes.
