The team develops AI agents and business process automation — from process and integration analysis to requirements for LLM solutions and quality assessment.

Key Tasks: • Analysis of business processes and integrations. • Formulation of requirements for AI/LLM solutions. • Quality assessment of AI agents and their operational scenarios.

We are looking for you if: • 3+ years in system/business analysis. • You know BPMN, REST, JSON, API/OpenAPI, and SQL. • You have worked with Jira / Confluence. • You understand AI/LLM agents, prompts, and their operational scenarios. • Experience in AI/ML, banking systems, information security, or product analytics will be a plus.
