About the company:

IREV is a SaaS platform for performance marketing, affiliate program management, and lead distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the QA team, implementing effective testing strategies • Improving the quality of the production environment and regular quality control • Designing, developing, and overseeing the execution of test cases and test plans • Performing manual testing, reporting defects, and monitoring their resolution • Developing and improving QA processes and documentation • Creating and managing test data and environments

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership position • 3+ years of experience in manual testing • Deep understanding of browser functionality, asynchronous behavior, API testing, and mocking • Experience testing distributed, high-load systems • Understanding of testing strategy, quality metrics, and reliability engineering • Experience with observability and debugging tools across multiple environments; experience working in Agile and with JIRA • Russian and English language proficiency at B1+ level (or higher)

Will be a plus:

• QA automation experience
