Agrobank is looking for a Product Manager who will take responsibility for the development of one of the product lines — from the customer journey and hypotheses to launch and business results.

What you will be doing:

• Formulating the product backlog and roadmap
• Developing products in digital and offline channels
• Working with key business and product metrics
• Improving conversion, customer experience, and process speed
• Automating what should have stopped being done manually long ago
• Working together with IT, risks, compliance, and business teams

• Has experience in developing digital or banking products
• Knows how to work with backlogs, roadmaps, and priorities
• Makes decisions based on data, not just intuition
• Understands the connection between customer experience and business results
• Knows how to negotiate with different teams and bring ideas to launch
