Cybersecurity Specialist
Format: hybrid
Employment: full-time
Employment type: Labor Code of the Russian Federation - employment contract (priority for us) individual entrepreneur, civil law contract, self-employed
Salary: 270,000 RUB gross
✨ What we expect from you:
- Maintaining registers of workstations, servers, network equipment (scanner reports, KSC, EDR), change logs, control of unapproved changes.
- Preparation of IS (Information Security) reports (monthly/quarterly): agent coverage, incidents, requests.
- Control of IS policies implementation: passwords, access, privileges, protocols, publications.
- Processing of requests for hiring/dismissal: isolated systems, training.
- Control of event reception in SOC (100% of sources), troubleshooting of information security tools (IS) and IT.
- Control of IS status, 2FA for privileged accounts, network segmentation, firewall rules, web proxy (blocking of encrypted files/archives).
- Control of security settings for workstations/servers/network devices (compliance with standards, centralized management).
- Control of Endpoint Security (coverage (100% workstations, 100% Windows, 90% Linux), updates, EDR (100%), HIPS (≥90%).
- Control of golden images, secure OS configuration templates, local firewalls (ufw, firewalld).
- Control of MDM (coverage ≥90%), full-disk encryption (by list), BYOD via jump host.
- Control of logging for IS and critical systems (authentication, changes, unauthorized access).
- Control of vulnerability and configuration scanning (workstations/servers/network equipment), including external perimeter and critical devices.
- Control of updates: automated solutions (WSUS, Ansible), monthly testing and distribution.
