Delivery Manager/ Implementation Engineer (APM / Observability, customer implementation)

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist for a software vendor company specializing in IT service performance monitoring and management.

Responsibilities: • Conducting surveys, gathering requirements; • Participating in negotiations as a technical consultant; • Participating in presentations of proposed products and solutions for Clients; • Developing solutions (system configuration); • Project implementation; • Designing solution architecture; • Participating in the preparation of tender and project documentation.

Required Technical Skills: • System administration experience • Windows Server; • MS SQL Server system administration experience; • Red Hat Linux administration skills; • TCP/IP knowledge; • Basic knowledge of network technologies; • Java, .NET knowledge; • Familiarity with TCPdump, Wireshark utilities; • Familiarity with traffic mirroring technologies (Cisco, SPAN).

Will be a plus: • Knowledge and programming experience: Java, Perl, SQL, C; • Knowledge of systems HP RUM, HP Diagnostic, BMC EUEM, AppDynamics, Riverbed, New Relic APM, etc.
