At Korzinka, Uzbekistan’s largest grocery retailer, we’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Project Office to lead our Supply Chain project portfolio and turn ambitious initiatives into measurable business results.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

▫️Lead and prioritize strategic Supply Chain projects; ▫️Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and automation initiatives; ▫️Build and develop a high-performing project management team; ▫️Establish effective PMO standards and ensure successful project delivery; ▫️Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver measurable business impact.

💡 What We’re Looking For:

▫️7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in project or program management; ▫️Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and teams; ▫️Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; ▫️Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Consulting; FMCG/Retail experience is a plus.
