Our team needs an Android developer at the Middle/Middle+ level. We are looking for a colleague who shares our values: clean code, a thoughtful approach to architecture, respect for colleagues, and a desire to do products well.

What you will be doing:

• Full-cycle development and support of Android applications: from designing new features and modules to release on Google Play.
• Active participation in architectural design to ensure our applications are not only beautiful but also reliable.
• Integration with the backend (REST API) and ensuring stable application performance in poor internet conditions and on various devices.
• Close collaboration with the design and product management teams to find the best user solutions.
• Performance optimization: diagnostics and debugging, combating memory leaks, ensuring smooth interface operation.
• Writing clean, maintainable code and covering it with unit and UI tests.
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring a high standard of code quality.

We expect from you:

• Confident commercial development experience in Kotlin from 3 years and the ability to read Java code.
• Deep understanding of asynchronicity: experience with Coroutines and Flow.
• Excellent knowledge of modern tools: Jetpack Compose, Android Jetpack.
• Understanding of architectural patterns and Clean Architecture principles.
• Ability to design applications with support for multiple devices and Android versions in mind.
• Experience working with REST API.
• Skills in writing unit tests.
• Proficient use of Git.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles for mobile platforms and the ability to discuss implementation details with a designer on an equal footing.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of CI/CD principles.
• Experience publishing applications on Google Play or participation in large projects.
