Senior Special Projects Manager at About You PR Agency
Responsibilities:
- Lead the special projects department: from idea to implementation and delivery to the client
- Independently manage the entire project and be responsible for the outcome
- Manage an assistant/executor, assign tasks, and monitor their completion
- Coordinate contractors, venues, and partners
- Control budget, deadlines, and quality at all stages
- Report to the client and agency management
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in implementing special projects, mandatory condition, specifically independent project management, not just participation
- Experience in event marketing or special projects with other brands
- Ability to lead a department and delegate tasks without losing control over the outcome
- Full responsibility for the entire project cycle
- Independence (!!!) and stress resistance
