🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Product Designer – Lead Visual Designer to own and scale the visual design system, brand expression, and UI consistency across products. This role defines how the brand shows up across all digital touchpoints.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Visual System Ownership

• Lead creation and evolution of design systems
• Define typography, color, spacing, iconography, motion, theming
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution across platforms

Brand × Product Integration

• Translate brand into scalable UI systems
• Ensure consistency across product, marketing, and brand
• Support accessibility, localization, and scalability

Design Craft Leadership

• Drive visual quality, polish, and excellence
• Conduct reviews and mentor designers
• Elevate design standards across teams

Collaboration

• Work with UX, Engineering, and Product teams
• Ensure accurate implementation of design systems
• Contribute to design ops, governance, and documentation

🔹 Required Skills

• 5–9 years in Visual / UI / Product Design
• Strong experience building design systems
• Expertise in typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy
