We are now expanding our team and looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer for one of the company's key products. You will become part of the adtech platform team for mobile app promotion and analytics collection. We have a small but experienced distributed team: developers (2 backend, 3 frontend), a PM, testers, a designer, and a product marketer. We value comfortable and transparent processes without micromanagement or bureaucracy, and we are driven by results and love A/B tests and experiments.

What you'll be doing:
- Developing the backend of the SaaS platform: new features, refactoring, optimization;
- Writing clean, maintainable code and optimizing it for high load;
- Writing unit and integration tests;
- Participating in task planning and estimation discussions, sharing your expertise, and contributing to decision-making.
What's important to us:
- 5+ years of commercial Ruby on Rails development experience;
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, k8s;
- Experience using AI tools in development (ChatGPT/Codex, Claude, etc.);
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to work within Agile processes.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with app stores (AppStore, GooglePlay, etc.).
