Product Lead

to join one of our technology consulting partners and lead, grow and scale their Product Vertical

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role combining Product Management, UX/UI, Business Development and AI-driven innovation.

**What were looking for: **— 5-6+ years in technology consulting, product consultancies, design or innovation agencies. — Proven experience leading and scaling Product Management and UX/UI teams. — Strong commercial experience: Identifying opportunities, creating pitches, winning projects and driving go-to-market strategies. — End-to-end digital product delivery, from discovery to implementation. — Experience with AI-related projects and solutions. — Fluent Spanish and English.

📍__Location: Madrid / Barcelona (Hybrid) or Remote within Spain __ Salary Range: €85.000 to €115.000 + Benefits + Bonus (25%)

Important: Around 30% of this role focuses on sales and business development. Were looking for someone who can build the business, not just lead product delivery.

Important: If your background is primarily in-house or on the end-client side, this role is unlikely to be the right fit. We are specifically looking for someone with a strong background in technology consulting, digital product consultancies, design agencies or innovation studios.
