Requirements

• Business analyst experience of 3+ years;
• Experience in FinTech projects;
• Experience with banking systems;
• Experience in developing internal banking systems and CBS modules;
• Experience in analyzing and developing internal bank business processes from a technical perspective;
• Strong system analysis skills:
• Jira / Confluence;
• Scrum / SAFe;
• HTTP, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, Kafka, SQL;
• Figma;
• Postman;
• Experience in developing project documentation.

Your responsibilities will include

• Interaction with business units regarding the collection, analysis, and description of requirements (User Story+AC / Use cases);
• Formalization of functional and non-functional requirements for the product being developed;
• Critical evaluation of requirements from the perspective of feasibility (considering system and process limitations) and advisability of implementation;
• Development of technical specifications, specifications, algorithms describing the mechanics of the product functionality being developed and its integration with other banking products/systems;
• Preparation of wireframes and prototypes;
• Development and modeling of business processes for providing banking, financial, and other services.
