You will be responsible for supporting our corporate clients, ensuring high service quality and resolving emerging issues promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Active interaction with employees of client companies assigned to the department
- Placing deposits and resolving payment-related issues
- Consulting clients on banking products and services
- Supporting electronic document flow and maintaining records
- Cross-functional interaction with various bank departments, including product teams, legal, security, etc.
- Preparing analytical information and presentations for department managers
- Providing prompt assistance to clients for any inquiries
Requirements
- Higher education
- Confident proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in the banking sector, particularly in servicing and consulting corporate clients, is desirable
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis, corporate economics, and banking
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues within the bank
- Analytical mindset, responsibility, and initiative
- Readiness to actively master new technologies, including artificial intelligence tools
