In MTS is required Product Manager for the CVM product development and campaign execution center.
Main Task:
- Leading strategic initiatives for the development of the information service, event-driven scenarios, and optimization of customer communications to significantly reduce the load on the call center.
What you will be doing:
- Forming proposals for product development and increasing the value of information delivery;
- Organizing the implementation of key changes in information delivery processes at the product level and in related systems;
- Coordinating large cross-team tasks that affect the quality, completeness, and timeliness of information delivery;
- Gathering, clarifying, and agreeing on requirements with customers and adjacent teams;
- Evaluating, prioritizing, and implementing initiatives based on their significance;
- Analyzing information delivery errors and escalating systemic problems to the source level;
- Planning team workload, maintaining a work schedule, and monitoring the relevance of the WMS (Workload Management System);
- Ensuring transparency of statuses, problems, and team workload, executing orders and instructions.
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Analyst;
- Skill in coordinating tasks between customers and adjacent teams;
- Ability to manage a large flow of tasks, adhering to deadlines and priorities;
- Ability to gather, clarify, and structure requirements;
- Experience in establishing processes for handling requests, assignments, and working with orders;
- Ability to plan team workload and monitor task execution;
- Skill in systematizing initiatives, evaluating their value, and analyzing errors to eliminate root causes;
- Systems thinking, responsibility, attention to detail, and proficiency in reporting tools (spreadsheets, registers).
