Business Assistant (Cyprus)
Overhood is a corporate merch agency. We create stylish apparel, souvenirs, and gifts for businesses worldwide. We work with inDrive, KFC, Playrix, PropellerAds, Xsolla, and others. Among our products are branded hoodies, welcome boxes, limited-edition accessories, event merch, and custom packaging.
We implement projects from start to finish: from idea and design to production in the EU and international delivery.
Who we are looking for
We need an attentive and organized person who will take on operational tasks and help keep finances, the office, and processes under control.
What you will be doing
- Managing financial processes: invoicing and payment control, accounts receivable management, invoice verification, receipts, interaction with the accounting department.
- Organizing deliveries — coordinating logistics, collecting and shipping packages, monitoring costs and deadlines.
- Receiving and checking goods: unpacking, quality control, taking photos and videos for colleagues.
- Supporting the office: inventory management, ordering supplies, furniture, water, cleaning, minor repairs, watering plants — everything to keep the office cozy and functional.
- Supporting the team: coordinating meetings, vacations, sending congratulations, posting vacancies.
- Occasionally — trips around the city (picking up/dropping off a package, delivering documents). A car is not required, but a driver's license is a plus.
Our ideal candidate:
- English language proficiency not lower than B2 (spoken and written);
- has excellent communication skills;
- ability to work in Cyprus (we do not provide relocation or a key-employee visa);
- experience and knowledge in the field of merch, apparel and souvenir production will be a significant advantage;
- knowledge of basic accounting and financial accounting principles will be a big plus;
- organized and meticulous;
- doesn't get lost in chaos and sees everything through to the end;
- can take responsibility for processes;
- calmly solves everyday and logistical tasks;
- is not afraid to assemble, purchase, or negotiate something hands-on.

- Salary from 1500 euros (depending on experience)
