Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst to ensure product, business, and regulatory requirements are clearly defined, technically feasible, and ready for engineering execution.

This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for translating product ideas, regulatory constraints, and operational needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements across frontend, backend, and platform components.

The role works closely with the Technical Project Manager, who owns delivery coordination, execution planning, and final prioritization decisions. The Requirements Analyst ensures that engineering teams receive complete, consistent, and technically sound requirements, reducing ambiguity and preventing costly rework.

This role does not include people management responsibilities, but requires strong collaboration with product, engineering, QA, and compliance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Definition & Analysis

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business, product, and regulatory needs into clear technical requirements
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with Definition of Done (DoD)

Technical Alignment & Feasibility

• Collaborate with backend, frontend, UX/UI, and QA teams to validate scope and feasibility
• Ensure requirements reflect system constraints, architecture, and platform capabilities
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and technical risks early in the requirement lifecycle
• Support engineering teams with clarification during implementation

Regulatory & Compliance Support

• Ensure requirements capture regulatory and compliance needs for regulated markets
• Support traceability between regulatory requirements and implementation
• Collaborate with QA to ensure compliance validation and test coverage

Delivery Support & Change Management

• Support the Technical Project Manager with delivery planning and requirement readiness
• Maintain requirement consistency throughout development cycles
• Manage requirement updates and changes as product and regulatory needs evolve

The Requirements Analyst must be comfortable working with technical teams within this stack, understanding system interactions, APIs, and data flows.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile delivery
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical discussions
• Experience writing clear, structured, and testable requirements
• Familiarity with non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and reliability
• Ability to identify requirement risks, gaps, and ambiguities early
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with API-based systems, backend services, and data flows
• Experience supporting QA validation and compliance testing
