🧩 Tasks: — Develop the antifraud direction: define strategy, roadmap, and priorities; — Lead a team of scientists/developers and develop expertise; — Develop and implement antifraud rules, scoring models, and automate manual processes; — Develop a unified antifraud service and bring solutions to production.

✔️ What's important: — Experience in building fraud prevention in iGaming, fintech, marketplace, or payments; — Experience with different types of fraud and managing the antifraud direction; — Experience managing development in a lead role + readiness to independently write and deploy code to production; — Proficient SQL and Python; experience with Machine Learning for classification and scoring tasks will be a plus; — Experience interacting with business and other stakeholders.
