Position: Senior Accountant Location: Limassol, Cyprus Start Date: June 1, 2026 Employment Type: Full-time, office-based (new role in a growing company)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Limassol. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of accounting processes in a company operating in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting and tax records for residential and commercial property rentals
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax reports
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in real estate or related sectors)
• Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Russian is not required but considered an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Cypriot accounting and tax legislation, including VAT
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Valid work permit or Cyprus/EU citizenship is required
