Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement the creative strategy;
• Lead the creative department: art directors, copywriters, designers, strategists, producers;
• Set quality standards and develop creative culture within the team;
• Participate in tenders, concept presentations, and strategic sessions with clients;
• Develop the team: training, assessment, retention, and growth of talents;
• Generate new products and directions;

Requirements:

• Experience in creative roles for 6+ years, with 5+ years in a leadership position;
• Portfolio of implemented campaigns and brand cases with confirmed results;
• Deep understanding of branding, advertising, digital, and production;
• Presentation and idea defense skills before clients;
• Understanding of performance metrics;
• English language - level sufficient for working with international partners
• Understanding of the Kazakhstan market and regional communication specifics will be a plus
