ML Engineer at «Maxima Tradex»**
We are building queue management systems for large clients (PSB, FNS, MFC). We are looking for a specialist to develop AI services, create data processing pipelines, and smart analytics.
What you will do:
- Audio Processing: pipeline development (speaker diarization -> speech recognition -> NLP moderation).
- LLM & RAG: development of a corporate RAG system (search through chat history, files, and regulations).
- Smart Analytics: predictive analytics for banking terminals (optimization of operator performance).
- Production: integration of ML models and ensuring their stable operation.
What we expect:
- Experience: commercial Python development for at least 1 year.
- Backend & Infrastructure: confident use of Docker, API creation with FastAPI, design of asynchronous processing for heavy ML requests.
- NLP / LLM: practical experience in building RAG, vector search and embeddings, LangChain.
- Speech-to-Text: experience with speech recognition (Vosk, Whisper, GigaAM) and diarization.
- Data Science: PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, basic ML algorithms and metrics.
- English: B1 level (fluent documentation reading).
