AI Engineer (Microsoft Copilot)

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to implement AI solutions and automate business processes for a leading insurance company.

📍 Location: 100% Remote

💰 Rate: Open for discussion

🎯 Responsibilities: • Analyze and optimize business processes using AI • Design and implement solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio • Develop and configure Copilot Agents • Automate workflows using Power Automate and Power Platform • Integrate AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, and data sources • Develop PoCs, optimize prompts, and design AI workflows • Ensure data security, governance, and technical documentation

🛠 Requirements: • Experience as an AI Engineer, AI Consultant, or Microsoft Copilot Developer • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio • Experience with Copilot Agents / Agentic AI • Good knowledge of Power Platform, especially Power Automate • Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering • Experience with API integrations and business process automation • Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions

➕ Nice to Have: • Experience with Microsoft Azure / Azure AI • Background in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
