Position Goal: Building a marketing department and ensuring sales growth through the development and implementation of a unified marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for all business areas
• Promotion of the company brand and individual products
• Management of marketing channels: digital, SMM, content, offline, PR
• Market, audience, competitor analysis; preparation of analytical materials
• Formation and development of a marketing team (in-house and contractors)
• Implementation of analytics and control of ROI for marketing activities
• Budget management and reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing management (Head of Marketing / Head of Department)
• Expertise in digital and performance marketing, branding
• Team and contractor management skills
• Results-oriented and ROI control
