Responsibilities
- advise clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
- sell banking products and services
- teach clients how to use Sber's services and products
- perform cash transactions: receiving, issuing, and exchanging money
Requirements
- have secondary education or higher
- be friendly and willing to help clients
- actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- are ready to use artificial intelligence in daily work (training at the company's expense — there are own courses).
