We are an international GameDev company developing and scaling successful mobile games for a global audience. The company has been operating for more than eight years, and one of its key products serves 15M+ users.

We are looking for an experienced Lead DevOps / Infrastructure Lead with a strong GameDev background to take ownership of infrastructure engineering, develop the DevOps team, and define the technical direction of infrastructure for a large-scale mobile gaming product.

Previous professional experience in GameDev is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering team.
• Define the infrastructure strategy, architecture, and engineering standards.
• Design and scale highly available, fault-tolerant multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Own Infrastructure as Code practices and automate the infrastructure lifecycle.
• Own the CI/CD platform end-to-end, including deployment strategy and engineering standards.
• Define and implement infrastructure and network security standards.
• Build and develop SRE practices, including SLI, SLO, and SLA management.
• Develop enterprise-grade observability across metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting.
• Design disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Identify and eliminate single points of failure.
