We are looking for a Head of UA to strengthen the marketing team for the Hero Wars: Dominion Era project.

This is a large-scale position: monthly marketing budgets in the seven-figure range, an audience in over 70 countries, and the project itself has generated over $2.5 billion throughout its existence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining the UA and marketing strategy and ensuring its implementation
• Developing acquisition in key channels
• Ensuring creative growth
• Implementing product changes to improve key metrics
• Implementing hypothesis testing cycles
• Building UA algorithms
• Establishing a system for monitoring key metrics and a crisis response system
• Strengthening the UA team
• Building cross-team collaborations

You'll succeed if you have:

• Experience in UA for products with a similar business model (we have in-app monetization, f2p).
• Deep understanding of UA, tools, and key metrics.
• Business-oriented mindset – you understand not only "what" and "how" to do things, but also "why".
• Creative approach and the ability to turn ideas into effective marketing initiatives.
• Ability to build productive cross-team communication.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
