Clearway Integration is a team founded by former Microsoft Consulting Services employees.
Today, we are creating Russian software products for the management and monitoring of large IT infrastructures. The company is accredited in the register of the Ministry of Digital Development, has products in the Register of Domestic Software, and provides systemically important services.
We are developing a line of software products for the automatic management and monitoring of servers and workstations in networks of tens of thousands of hosts, management of Public Key Infrastructure, automation of issuing millions of TLS certificates, and migration of country-scale Active Directory and Exchange forests. Our products are successfully used in one of the largest banks and a number of industrial holdings. We solve real problems for real people, not just re-label "import substitution" products.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Designing presentations;
- Designing a package of marketing materials (briefbooks, onepagers, brochures, etc.);
- Developing website page designs, landing pages, and promo pages;
- Developing graphic materials for the brand book;
- Layout of various promotional materials;
- Designing document templates;
- Creating email templates for mailings;
- Developing merchandise designs, mockups, preparing layouts according to production specifications;
- Creating a visual brand style for social media, developing banner layouts.
Requirements:
- Relevant portfolio and at least 3 years of experience as a designer;
- Proficient in Figma and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw);
- Skill in creating presentations in PowerPoint;
- Knowledge and experience with Tilda and understanding of adaptive layout principles;
- Experience in creating promotional material designs and technical layout preparation according to production specifications;
- Good visual awareness.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in creating corporate identity and brand books;
- Typography skills, attention to detail;
- Ability to work with neural networks;
- Ability to create animations (AfterEffects);
- Basic skills in animation and 3D design (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D);
- Experience in an IT company;
- Good communication skills, ability to formulate and convey thoughts clearly, teamwork skills;
- Understanding of UX and UI design specifics and experience with websites and applications would be a plus.
