Senior Recruiter

📍Location: Warsaw, Poland 💼 Format: full-time, office / hybrid 🌍 X-flow is a technology company with a product and B2C digital focus

What you will do: — Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical, product, and other key positions — Act as a Talent Partner for hiring managers and team leads — Proactively identify team needs and build talent pipelines — Develop a network of strong specialists, including passive candidates — Utilize creative sourcing strategies and new attraction channels — Analyze the talent market, compensation, and competitive landscape — Analyze the recruitment funnel, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes

What we expect: — Experience as a Senior Recruiter, Tech Recruiter, or Talent Partner in a fast-growing tech environment — Experience recruiting technical specialists, including Software Engineers, Engineering Leads, Data/AI, and Product roles — Experience working in a product-focused technology company — Experience in mobile, gaming, or other B2C digital products will be an advantage — Strong sourcing skills and a personal professional network — Ability to work directly with senior managers and constructively challenge requirements when necessary — Fluency in English and Russian languages
