Head of Marketing | OpenFX

I’m hiring the Head of Marketing for OpenFX. This is not a “make us look bigger than we are” role.

OpenFX is already moving:

• $60B+ annualized TPV in less than two years.
• 10x revenue growth in the last year.
• $94M Series A from Accel, Atomico, Lightspeed Faction, M13, Northzone, Pantera, and others.
• Prabhakar Reddy, seasoned four-time founder with billion-dollar exits.

The thesis is simple:

• Cross-border payments don’t break because blockchains are too slow.
• They break because liquidity, compliance, banking relationships, local rails, and execution fail at the edges.
• A CFO doesn’t need “crypto rails.” They need $50M of Brazilian reais delivered to a supplier before Monday. That is what OpenFX is building.

The marketing opportunity is massive because most fintech marketing is either vague “future of finance” language or generic aigentic finance demand gen with different nouns.

This role is for someone who can: write the category narrative and then build the machine that turns it into revenue.

You’ll own brand, demand gen, product marketing, content, events, executive voice, sales enablement, and the early marketing team.

You should be strategic enough to shape the market and operational enough to build the system yourself.

This is not a role for someone who wants to “raise awareness.”
