Description
We are looking for a Project Manager for the risk management of the Indian business line (corporate lending).
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- managing the development project for the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) India lending business line (Gateway to Russia)
- implementing tools for industry analysis and monitoring of key borrowers, developing industry competence in risk management for the Indian business line
- conducting analysis of India's macroeconomic and political environment to develop preventive measures, establishing and monitoring concentration limits at the levels of industries, regions, and groups of related borrowers
- developing expertise on Indian regulatory requirements
- developing and implementing risk methodology for commercial real estate financing and development projects
- developing, coordinating, and regularly revising internal regulatory documentation (IRD), including the branch credit policy, industry-specific risk policies, and product limits.
Requirements
We expect from the candidate:
- at least 5 years of experience in corporate lending, credit risk methodology, preferably international experience or knowledge of working with foreign counterparties
- confident command of English at Upper Intermediate level and above, fluent reading of professional literature and conversational English
- knowledge and practical experience in analyzing credit risks, taking into account the specifics of cross-border operations
- understanding of banking regulation issues, Russian regulatory acts of the Central Bank of Russia
- excellent analytical thinking, developed communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
