Combination of roles is allowed if the specialist confirms the requirements for both roles. Requirements for SAP FM module (proficiency level not lower than 3): Functionality: FM module structure. Budget management (FI-FM integration, WF in FI-FM). Fund allocation documents. Budgetary address. OGC codes. Derivation of controlling objects. Re-posting. TAP and TP. APP. Payment order formats and upload to bank client. Bank statement upload and processing. Own banks and accounts. Payment terms. Active availability control. Standard reporting. Integration: Not lower than 3: contract management (RCM), sales, financial transactions, SAP role configuration methodology, integration with FI. Not lower than 2: procurement, cash operations, master data, integration with external systems, MM, PS, BW. Requirements for SAP RCM module (proficiency level not lower than 3): Functionality: Standard RCM / RMPS functionality. General settings and visibility settings. Standard Workflow and its application in RCM. Custom WF configuration. Creation of event classes, functions, and components. Working with decorators and visibility classes. Implementation of template forms. Contract management. Integration of RCM contractual documents: Not lower than 3: with MM, SD, TR, FM, FI, KIS ECM. Not lower than 2: with CRM and HR system. Requirements for SAP TRM module (proficiency level not lower than 3): Functionality: Accounting of financial transactions (foreign exchange transactions, money markets, derivatives, securities, loans and borrowings). Configuration of product classes, transaction types, payment flows. Management of counterparty credit risk, limits. Cash flow forecasting, bank account management, payment creation. Integration: Not lower than 3: with SAP FI (Finance) and CO (Controlling), as well as with external banking systems and trading platforms. General requirements for implementing changes (Lead Consultant, FM, RCM, TRM Consultants): Level not lower than 3 for K3 consultants and not lower than 4 for Lead Consultant for all items: Estimation of effort for Z-developments. Specification development. Testing Z-developments and working in the debugger. Formation of scenarios and unit testing. Formation of scenarios and integration testing. Development of user manuals. Data preparation and training delivery. Data migration (collection, tool development, execution, result verification). Support for pilot operation.
