Senior Growth Designer

We’re growing our team at A-Players and are currently looking for a Senior Growth Designer 💚

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in B2C subscription products and web acquisition funnels — from the first landing page and quiz to paywall, purchase and upsell.

This role is a great fit for a designer who enjoys working at the intersection of design, data and experimentation: testing hypotheses, running A/B tests, looking at funnel metrics and understanding what actually happens to a design after launch.

There’s also a lot of ownership here — we’re not looking for someone who simply executes a ready-made brief. We’d love to meet a designer who can bring their own ideas, challenge solutions and work closely with Growth, Product, Acquisition and Analytics.
