Junior Motion Designer

We are looking for a Junior Motion Designer who is ready to dive into performance marketing, generate bold ideas, and create creatives scalable to hundreds of thousands of dollars in spend.

🎯 What we expect from you: • After Effects: Confident work with Speed Graph, keyframes, scripts, and perfect order in files. • Basic Photoshop: Ability to work with Pen Tool, masks, and quickly clean up AI artifacts. • Design basics: Sense of rhythm, dynamics, composition, color, and typography. • Practical AI experience: Understanding how to build prompts correctly and "push" generations to the ideal result. • Work experience: From 1 year in-house or from 2 years freelance.

Will be a plus: • English language from B1 and above. • Experience in creating advertising creatives for the Health & Fitness niche or mobile applications.
