Bitmanager.ai — An AI startup in one of the fastest-growing categories of conversational AI agents.
We are building a platform for voice and text AI agents in customer communications: sales, support, consulting, and debt collection.
Our agents work with data, access internal company systems, call tools, and conduct dialogues within defined business scenarios.
We are developing multilingual voice solutions and independently fine-tuning models to expand the number of supported languages and improve product quality.
We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Security Engineer — a hands-on engineer at the intersection of DevOps, system administration, and infrastructure security. We need someone who can independently design solutions, implement them, and be responsible for the results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company's infrastructure;
- Design the network perimeter, identity systems, and access management;
- Organize secure operation with internal services, servers, and client data;
- Establish backup and recovery processes for critical systems;
- Conduct infrastructure audits, identify risks, and eliminate them;
- Prepare infrastructure for deploying our solutions on the client's side;
- Consider the technical requirements of banks, fintech companies, and other enterprise clients;
- Interact with client IT and InfoSec teams, participate in technical discussions and checks;
- Document adopted solutions and maintain necessary engineering procedures;
- Participate in other infrastructure and DevOps tasks of the team.
What's important to us
- Hands-on experience with Linux infrastructure and production systems;
- Good understanding of networks, VPN, DNS, TLS, segmentation, and access control;
- Experience implementing SSO, role-based access control, and centralized authentication;
- Experience organizing backups and verifying system recovery;
- Ability to automate infrastructure setup and operation;
- Understanding of data protection principles, secret management, and the principle of least privilege;
- Ability to independently troubleshoot existing infrastructure and make technical decisions;
- Readiness to take full responsibility for the direction, including design, implementation, and further operation;
- Systematic approach, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently advocate for security requirements;
- Ability to negotiate with developers and clearly explain decisions to client technical specialists.
Bonus points
- Experience working in a bank, fintech, or other regulated industry;
- Experience working as an integrator or implementing proprietary products in large client infrastructures;
- Experience with full on-premise product deployment and working with client infrastructure;
- Experience undergoing technical and security reviews by clients;
- Familiarity with Authentik, Google Workspace, Tailscale or Headscale, Ansible, Restic, Backrest, and MinIO or similar tools;
- Experience with OIDC, LDAP, SSSD, and centralized access management for Linux servers.
If you are a hands-on engineer who not only identifies infrastructure risks but also resolves them independently — we would be glad to meet you.
