Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled MDM Support Engineer to support and enhance Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong data engineering fundamentals, hands-on MDM/PIM platform experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, integration-heavy enterprise environment. You will work closely with data, application, and DevOps teams to ensure high data quality, system stability, and seamless data integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for MDM/PIM platforms, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Work on Riversand MDM/PIM implementation, customization, and issue resolution.
• Develop and support REST APIs and integrations based on SOA architecture.
• Handle data ingestion, transformation, and synchronization across systems.
• Write, optimize, and tune complex SQL queries and stored procedures in Snowflake or other large databases.
• Work with stream processing systems such as Kafka or Azure Event Hub.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data governance and quality initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver in a high-demand support environment.

Required Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer / Software Engineer / MDM Support Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Riversand MDM or PIM.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and JSON.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SOA architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation).
