Hot vacancy: we are looking for a Senior Product Manager in Marketplace Efficiency (Incentives) with a location/relocation to Cyprus! 🚀

Lead Incentives – an algorithmic product at the heart of a ride-hailing marketplace operating in 1100+ cities and 48 countries. You will determine how ML systems balance the motivation of millions of drivers and passengers in real-time. This is a PM role with real ownership: a technical team, direct impact on unit economics, and the freedom to build a long-term vision.

What will you do?

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the Incentives product end-to-end
• Design the ML/AI incentive system in close collaboration with Data Science and analytics
• Lead a technically heavy team of engineers and analysts
• Together with ops and marketing, shape the landscape of campaigns and subsidies
• Lead discovery at the intersection of behavioral economics and algorithms

Who are we looking for?

• A candidate with 5+ years of product experience, at least 3 of which on algorithmic / analytically complex products
• Experience building ML/AI systems from scratch – mandatory. You freely discuss model architecture and trade-offs with the DS team
• A track record of launches that moved key business metrics
• Understanding of campaigning and marketplace dynamics
• Technical education (CS / Physics / Mathematics) – a strong plus
• Fluent English is mandatory
