Marketing Manager

MARKETING MANAGER | 📍 Limassol

PuninWine is a company in the wine & spirits sector with its own retail, B2B segment, and e-commerce. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager who will take charge of marketing development and help connect all segments into one functional system — from customer acquisition and store promotion to online sales growth.

🏝__ We are considering candidates who are already in Cyprus.__

📌 Key Responsibilities: • Development and implementation of marketing strategy in line with business goals • Planning and management of the marketing budget • Attracting new customers and increasing traffic to physical stores and the online store • Development of the digital segment: PPC, SEO, SMM, email marketing, and other channels • Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and marketing activities • Work with CRM, analytics, and key marketing metrics • Development of the PuninWine brand and creation of marketing campaigns and promotions • Development of B2B marketing and joint projects with suppliers and partners • Setting tasks and coordinating external contractors • Searching for new tools and channels, testing hypotheses, and optimizing what already works

✅ Will be important: • 3+ years of experience in marketing • Experience in independent development and implementation of marketing strategy • Good understanding of digital tools: PPC, SEO, SMM, email marketing • Experience working with analytics, CRM, and marketing metrics • Understanding the interconnection between marketing and sales • Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or hospitality will be an advantage • English language for work communication • You are already in Cyprus
